How does our EASYTRUFFLER system work?
With the EASYTRUFFLER system and a hollow figure spinning machine, you can easily produce your own truffle shells. The system combines the advantages of a solid chocolate mould with either a disposable or reusable blister, offering maximum flexibility.
The solid top part, specifically designed for spheres or eggs, ensures precise filling openings, making it ideal for both pasty and liquid fillings.

The EASYTRUFFLER is compatible with all standard one-shot depositing machines in the 380 x 295 mm mould size. By combining it with a solid polycarbonate top part featuring a precise filling hole, entirely new possibilities emerge. Uneven filling holes and the risk of plastic residues in blister moulds are now a thing of the past.
