"Mini Spin" Desk Spinning Machine
For artisanal chocolatiers and laboratories, there are two possibilities to produce hollow figurines.
The first option is to use moulds with an open bottom, which require complete manual processing. This method has the lowest investment cost but is very time-consuming. (manual production of a hollow figurine).
The second option is to use a spinning machine with self-supporting spinning moulds. This method requires less working time but comes with a higher investment cost, approx. 8,000 – 10,000 EUR. (production of a hollow figurine with spinning machine).
With our new "Mini Spin" desk spinning machine, the investment threshold is significantly lowered, while manual effort is reduced. This allows the confectioner more time for working with chocolate, filling, and design.
The cost for this desk spinner is approximately one-third of the cost of a full-size spinning machine. The required moulds are usually single cavities, which are manually filled and closed with clips. They are then fixed on the desk spinner and automatically spun. This eliminates the time-consuming process of manually producing the bottom.
The desk spinner can hold up to 12 single cavities at the same time. The maximum size for the chocolate articles is 164x100mm.
